lighting tips article response

What I learned

1. Do not render things you can't see, there is no point to anyway.

2. One renderer won't always work so experiment with them.

3. They emulated the same way Michael Bay lights street scenes.

My Opinions

1. It makes sense that if there are objects that exist but can't be seen, they don't need to be rendered.

2. I haven't seen the Lego movie yet, and therefore can not say how the lighting looks, but I definitely want to now.

How long would it take to render just one scene of the movie?
